Gerry's Cookies wouldn't exist without Gerry. He's the baker, a superhero dad and a loving husband. When he isn't baking you'll find him golfing with Ben, watching sports, at the movies with Ayden or walking the beach and wine tasting with Meg. He loves the Central Coast and doesn't miss Upstate NY winters one bit!
FAMILY-OWNED AND OPERATED SINCE 2016,
BUT WE'RE NOT NEW TO THE
WONDERFUL WORLD OF COOKIES.
Gerry has been baking his amazing cookies for over 30 years, and we've heard you all loud and clear. After retiring to the West Coast in January of 2016, Meg and Gerry started to take the idea of a cookie business seriously. After recruiting their oldest son Ayden from Oakland, the rest of the cards just fell into place.
Our cookies are always soft, chewy, filling and delicious! If you like your cookies crispy, we're probably not your cup of tea. If you want a cookie that hits the sweet spot, satisfies your cravings, and doesn't discriminate if you come back for seconds or thirds...look no further! We're here to save the day!
Meet the Family
Ayden is co-owner, baker-in-training and the brains behind our branding. When he isn't working on the business you'll find him drawing, sculpting, making jewelry, repurposing old furniture and decorating animal skulls. He loves reptiles, cats, tattoos, quiet time, watching sci-fi and drinking tea.
Meg is always the life of the party and loves making new friends. Also known as "The Cookie Lady." you'll frequently find her sharing our story around town. She has international "kids" all around the world and they all think of her as a mom and a friend. She loves fixing up furniture, working on artsy projects and shopping for antiques.
Ben works as a resource teacher in Orcutt and spends his time volunteering with the Special Olympics as a coach for various sports. He helps sell cookies at our events and provides moral support during marathon baking sessions. He loves to hike, golf with Gerry, make new friends and cuddle with his cats, Starbuck and Apollo.
